Who provides the service?

The service is provided by trained staff who are supervised by professional staff licensed by the State of Ohio.

What is it?

Case management involves practical assistance such as advocacy, connecting to necessary services, and teaching or practicing skills for living in the community (like managing emotions, budgeting, shopping, cooking, self-care, and taking medication). Skill-building can be done individually or in groups. The level of service varies from every few months to several times a day for those facing the most challenges in community living.

Where is the service provided?

Most services are provided in the community, often at clients’ homes. Linking and advocacy services are typically offered at other social service offices or over the phone. Group services and Adult case managers are based at our offices in Columbus and Cincinnati. Please schedule an appointment at either of these locations.
